Refund policy

In short: if the lessons aren't right for your class, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back.
How long you have
30 days from the date of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason. This covers Mustard Seed Sundays and, if you bought it at the same time, the Christmas Program Kit.
How to ask
- Request the refund through Hotmart, the platform you paid on, or
- write to felipe.pennabueno@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout (or tell us that address), and we'll process it through Hotmart.
Where the money goes
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, card or PayPal. How long it takes to show up depends on your card issuer or on PayPal.
After a refund, please delete the PDF and don't print more copies.
After 30 days
The refund window closes 30 days after purchase. If something is wrong with the file itself, write to us any time and we'll help.
